Pay
We offer a competitive salary, which will be reviewed annually.
Bonus
In addition to basic salary, employees are eligible to be considered for an annual performance bonus.
Pension
We recognise that long-term security is important to our staff so we provide access to a defined contribution pension scheme which employees can enhance through additional voluntary contributions. In the event that a staff member dies while in our employment, their dependents may be eligible for a lump sum payment.
